Industrias SAMAR’T SA, as responsible of this Web and according to Ley Orgánica de Protección de Datos de Carácter Personal (L.O. 15/1999,13 December), has put into practice policies, means and procedures to guarantee and protect its USERS’ private data privacy. Through the different areas in this Web, USERS can:  obtain information, consult, contract services or buy material.

Browsing this Web is free and no previous register is required. For this purpose, the aforementioned data will be included in a file whose ownership and responsibility belongs to Industrias SAMAR’T SA.

The introduction and register of personal data by the USERS involves accepting and specifically authorising Industrias SAMART SA, and its surrounding entities not only to collect and include such data in their respective files but to treat it and to keep it during the stipulated period of time in the applicable dispositions. The register of the personal data provided when subscribing and any other data provided during the trade relationship, will also involve voluntarily accepting the treatment of such data by Industrias SAMART SA, so that the data can be segmented or categorized to apply it to the activity related to the management of the general administration, information and marketing of our services. It will also be used to make profiles, to carry out proposal analysis requested by our USERS, to carry out statistic studies of the services and contents used, as well as tastes and preferences, surveys or forms.

According to the aforementioned Law, USERS have the right to access, correct, cancel and oppose their personal data. USERS will be able to exert such right writing to the person responsible for the files or by email to sam@samart.com. You should know that cookies are only used to shape and improve our relationship with the USER, adapting ourselves to his technological means. The USER can set up the navigator so as to be notified of reception or to reject the reception of such cookies in his hard disk, in which case he should consult the instructions of his navigator for further information.
