This department furnishes finished pieces to the license plate department and to other customers.

Our group of injection machines allows us to be present in the market with a large range of thermoplastic products.

DIGITAL PRINTING

SAMAR’T is equipped with digital printing systems to manufacture all type of flexible or rigid signposting, security and car signs, especial and personalized signs, labels, etc. It is also equipped with automatic and semiautomatic serigraphy lines, with continuous drying ovens.

ROTOGRAVURE

The printing of national or corporate logos is used in those countries or states that wish to personalize the license plates as a distinctive element.

This department is also in charge of printing security elements resistant to forgery for those countries which need to characterize their licence plates or other elements.

MILLING MACHINE AND MECHANIC CENTRES

With the mechanic centres, milling machines, electroerosion, etc., guided by automata, SAMAR’T is able to manufacture all kind of moulds both for the company and its customers’ needs.

PRESSING

Automation and innovation are the basic mainstays of SAMAR’T policy.

The company’s robots allow all type of pressing finishings.

“COIL COATING” PAINTING SYSTEM

Our coil painting trains, which are completely automatic, allow us to extend our commercial borders because we can work with all kind of materials, resulting in high quality and resistance finishings.

GLUERS AND BLANKING MACHINES

The design can be applied to the film adhesive. Removable film for temporary protection of surfaces.

LAMINATORS

Samar’t has a huge amount of totally automated rolling mills developed by our group of engineers. They give high quality and resistance to our different types of license plates. We also manufacture this equipment for our customers.

MACHINES

The company’s organization allows us to manufacture and assemble different types of machines that SAMAR’T produces and sells. Our policy is based in teamworking so as to achieve higher resource productivity.

In the mechanic department this policy results in small independent groups, in charge of preparing, assembling and testing the machines.

The different shapes and finishings of our metal products are possible because of the large and diversified manual pressing equipment.

SECURITY

Third plate
It is placed inside the glass. It can be made with ultradestructible material. The hologram can coincide with the one on the plate. With a review type printer, the characters of the plate are printed and placed in the third plate. The advantage of this system is that both coincide.

Ean Control
It is placed inside the glass. It can be manufactured with ultradestructible material. The main feature of Ean control is a barcode that can be read by a hand scanner and it checks the driver’s information.

Stick plate 4
Double adhesive with high security impressions, applicable both to the glass and to the plate. Sequences of characters can be printed on the holder or the license plate, so as to place it in the glass or the plate.

Ironstiker
Triple adhesive which can be applied to the glass, to the car body and to the plate with high security printings. Sequence of characters can be printed on the holder or on the license plate.

Holograms
Holograms on the plate allow personalization with a totally binding thermotransfer holographic impression and they identify the issuing organization.

Control documents
Control documents with watermarks in different colours. Documents designed with security backgrounds to facilitate official control.

Anti-forgery characters
These are characters, which in many cases are irregular, with special definitions and profiles. They allow achieving a high degree of security and hindering forgery.

Watermark
Reflective plates can be identified with the security symbols needed, previous conformity design. It allows singularizing the product for each specific country. The symbology can be embossed with a combination of up to 7 colours with protection against climate agents.

Hidden control
Personalized back mark against forgery and rust. Ideal for governments and big companies that require a detailed control of license plate production.

Traceability Laser
Laser engraving allows exhaustive traceability control, such as the plate manipulator, manufacturer, and supplier (if different from the manipulator), using the correlative number to identify the customer and his personal data in the plate supplier’s compulsory computer registry.

A sequence of characters and letters followed by the manipulator’s number (supplier of the finished plate) with his complete address and trade mark is engraved on the plate in edible form so that any alteration is detected.

Official documents
Driving licenses and other protection documents. In the protection field, SAMAR’T presents adapted solutions with guaranteed results. They can be made in paper or in plastic, with watermarks, holograms, ships, secret codes, invisible impressions and visual detection.

Visual control
Reading systems of digital registration, designed to carry out traffic control on motorways, roads, urban streets and in general in any type of road without barriers.
